The heart and soul of Lifetime Customer lies in Joshua's hands. Decades of experience in the eCommerce field and a love for creating trustworthy, long-term friendships with all of our customers empowers Joshua to get his team completely focused on the growth of each client's business. As Chief Executive Officer, he constantly looks for ways we can innovate and improve on what we do. Working tirelessly side-by-side with Will, Joshua ensures that the technical aspect of Lifetime Customer is in line with our ongoing business development.

While some might think that Joshua merely handles the business aspect of Lifetime Customer, he has actually written quite a bit of our core software himself. Every now and then he likes to come "show us up" by pumping out an amazing new piece of code and reminding the development team that he's still got what it takes to get the job done. Truth be told, Joshua definitely does have what it takes, starting over 16 years ago and lending a hand at some major firms such as Microsoft, American Investment Bank, Lexington Law Firms and Rhodes International.

He also has a substantial technical background in computer science and statistical analysis from five years at the University of Utah. His first company startup was a total solo mission diving into the lead generation and automated online marketing businesses. Sleeping only an average of 4 hours per night, he kept his primary job during the day at the bank while writing the software necessary for his entrepreneurial endeavors at night. It's been a long road, but it has paid off well as Lifetime Customer is now a very strong, stable, and technically advanced company that is devoted to helping people grow their business.

Even though Joshua is one of the biggest workaholics you will ever meet, he does still enjoy having some free time. He is a huge movie buff, having seen more classics than most of us even realize there are. He also loves to travel and experience all that the world has to offer, most frequently visiting South America. Playing Squash with his friends keeps him healthy and fit. He does enjoy playing video games, though not as much recently; some of his favorites were Deus Ex and BioShock.

Allen is a very creative character, owning and operating his own recording studio, where in his free time he helps put professional production values on the projects of blossoming musical artists. He has been a featured guest speaker on the topic of electronic music history at Washington State University. He also has unbelievable Photoshop and video production abilities and a remarkably long history in the sales industry. This gives him a unique role at Lifetime Customer where he is our professional Pipeline Optimization expert, aka the "Upsell Brewmaster".

Joining the sales industry way back in 1985, Allen has graduated from a number of training programs including Dale Carnegie training. He has received many honors including Top Annual Sales and Top Marketing Performance awards. His dedication, experience, and imagination goes into creating the most profitable Sales Pipelines possible. His creativity radiates as our online multimedia production professional and our graphic designer for projects both on and off the web. On top of all that, he also manages our public relations department, our marketing department, and is in charge of recruiting new Regional Vice Presidents.

Before becoming one of the most influential people in the Lifetime Customer crew, Allen was just a regular sales representative for an online service company. He quickly rose to the top and became the #1 sales representative, causing their business to immediately skyrocket. He was then offered 50% ownership of the company as a primary partner.

His ideas to improve the system went far beyond their technical abilities, at which point Allen brought in Joshua Brown to implement a whole new Prospecting System called "Online Venture". Allen and Joshua went through several versions of their prospecting system, eventually creating their own new company called Prospect Planet, where Allen acted as Chief Technology Officer. Over the next few years, Allen played a large role in various companies, until finally forming Lifetime Customer with Joshua Brown and Will Conant.

Allen has had a close relationship with many of Lifetime Customer's group of geniuses. Aside from many years of working with Joshua and Will, he also met JB McKee when he was only 8 years old. They have both spent a vast portion of their childhood growing up together. Allen is now happily married and together they care for a miniature long-haired Daschund puppy dog named "Poppy", the little girl they love very much.

The mastermind behind the majority of our software and technology here at Lifetime Customer is Will Conant. As the Chief Software Architect, he is responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing the entire development team on each of their projects. Will uses his lengthy experience and pure-genius intelligence to see a vision of the road ahead and ensure that our software will never experience decay, and that it is ready for the constant changes and upgrades that are necessary to keep up with the never-ending evolution of the technology industry.

Will lives and breathes code, the same as most of his developers. He has personally put together our development team, as he will only work with the best of the best. He has had a passion for programming since he was only 10 years old, and has been writing professional software since the young age of 14.

Since then he has absorbed an unbelievable amount of knowledge, and used it to develop everything from full-service platforms with every type of tracking and reporting imaginable, to video game engines that are uniquely user-friendly, to even writing his own web programming language called Tmojo and releasing it to the open source community. Without Will, Lifetime Customer would not be what it is today.

Prior to playing the lead software role at Lifetime Customer, Will has shown his talents off at many dot com enterprises, including Adobe, Point Click, Web Miles, and Our Family. Other lead roles were at Prospect Planet where he again managed an entire team of developers, and GivePlay where his true creativity was able to shine writing a multi-platform gaming engine.

In his "free time", which we try to never let him have, he is either busy mountain biking, running, hiking, exercising or reading. Very little sleep is attained by Will, so he also keeps himself busy with personal hobbyist programming projects and hanging out with his close friends.

Ross Richey is considered the "drummer" of Lifetime Customer. While Josh is busy screaming into the microphone and Will is busy ripping out cutting-edge guitar solos, Ross is behind the scenes keeping the rhythm of the entire band together. He manages Lifetime Customer's operations, he oversees our financial department, keeps our teams organized and on-track, and is in charge of seeing all projects through to the finish line.

Ross graduated with a degree in English and Math from the University of Utah. In 1995, while at the University he got a job in the Marriott Library computer lab and started working on the Internet while it was still in it's infancy.

In addition to helping students and professors he also did some web design and development on the side. After a few years of this he took a job as Web Administrator at ARUP (Associated Regional and University Pathologists) where he spent eight years managing the Internet presence of the laboratory which included enhanced reporting, online test results and an encyclopedia of laboratory testing methodology.

During his time at ARUP Ross combined his passion and Internet expertise to create his own personal side-business, DireKobold.com. The site featured a revolutionary technique for creating personalized, polished "Dungeons and Dragons" adventures. Other than his boyhood love of D&D, Ross is an all-around table-top gaming buff, enjoying everything from "Settlers of Catan" to "Axis and Allies". He also enjoys playing squash with his friends, road biking, backpacking, and spending time with his wife and four wonderful children.

You may be wondering who would name their child "Rando"... His given name is Randy, though Rando comes as a reference to the movie Mystery Science Theater 3000, where in the rolling credits he is introduced as "The Amazing Randoooooo!", a name that is now stuck with him for life.

As one of our Senior Software Engineers, Rando Christensen has a true passion for programming. Some of his "hobbies" include video game and iPhone programming. He started early and at only 15 years old, and began programming in Telemate's Bulletin Board System. Then moving to DOS scripting, he couldn't get enough and began learning Perl, which is now his personal favorite. Since then, he's become an expert of just about every language you can think of. He enjoys playing with Ruby, PHP, Lua, Javascript, C and C++, Objective C, and most recently, Scala.

Rando's passion for programming is greatly reflected in his role at Lifetime Customer as one of our lead developers. He is in charge of designing, planning and implementing most of our core software. Rando has written every deployment system we have ever had, including our entire development environment. He has laid much of the groundwork of a long and bright future for Lifetime Customer.

Before working at Lifetime Customer, he designed databases for Pioneer First Financial, worked as a back-end programmer, Unix integration and platform specialist for Prospect Planet, and even ran his own consulting company called Alpha-Lab.

In his free time, when he's not dabbling in a new language, Rando enjoys reading sci-fi books, watching movies and playing video games. One of his favorite pastimes is driving in his convertible with some loud music playing on the radio.
